I am writing this as I want people to know about Roger Hamilton and his business practices in relation to No Refund policy. If you are thinking of going to a Free seminar by XL Events, Wealth Dynamics or OneLife or OneLife International - please take extra care to read ALL the print - small and large. If you want a refund down the track - you will not get one. Also Beware of the word Free.
From my research so far, and it may be incorrect depending on who you talk to and get information from. So far as I can ascertain at this stage - XL Events apparently can operate here in Australia doing Wealth Dynamics & XL Events and its entrepreneur profiling system and if you pay money to his Singapore based company in Singapore dollars - you do not have the same legal rights as if a company was registered in Australia and you paid in Australian dollars. Do your own research and check for yourself.
My experience of Roger Hamilton and what he said at the 'free' seminar has not proven to be the same as the dictionary definition. I assumed he had integrity from what he said in front of the room full of people at the Free one day seminar. Maybe I'm too trusting of people??
Macquarie Dictionary definition is:
soundness of moral principle and character; uprightness; honesty.
I've sent personal emails to him and I have not even received a reply. I've sent numerous emails to his company requesting a refund. All to no avail.
Please Beware. Before you sign anything with him and his companies, please read and understand all the terms and conditions. You may find that they, in my opinion, only favour his company and I think certainly not the consumer.
